Dear Supreme Surface, Inc. of Indianapolis: We have had the best and most positive experience ever working with all of you on our kitchen remodeling project involving installation of our black galaxy granite countertops, tile backsplash, and under cabinet lighting. When Tom initially visited our home, he was the most informative and organized of any competitor in describing the various options to consider and provided pictures of these possibilities on his laptop. Phyllis showed us the actual slabs and the processes used to prepare the granite countertops. In the studio, Tom continued to be helpful and patient in evaluating various options that allowed us to confirm our granite and tile selections to install. Jake visited our home to meticulously complete the laser templating measurements and share other very important recommendations to enhance our kitchen and reduce potential issues. Kelly’s team was very efficient and professional in removing the old countertops and installing the new countertops and very careful to clean up afterwards. Jennifer was exceptional in cutting and installing the tile backsplash to provide the perfect design to enhance our kitchen. Tom addressed several minor questions and issues quickly and did everything possible to satisfy all our needs. We now have the most beautiful new kitchen that exceeded all of our expectations and confirmed that your team was the best to select for this project. Tony, We are in love with our new granite kitchen courtesy of Supreme Surface. Everything was seemless and very easy, from granite and tile selection to the install. When we encountered a small mix up on a section of our granite counter, an entire new slab was cut and installed ... the next day. The crew was very quick and very professional, and they are all very talented at their craft. Everyone who walks in here is in total awe of the finished product, and we are so pleased with the dramatic and gorgeous results. Every aspect of our experience from tile selection to scheduling and installation was handled so professionally.
